As a lifelong equestrian, Marla enjoys sharing her passion for horses and drawing parallels between the journey of learning and growth with horses to leadership in the professional world and life in general.
Horses have an amazing ability to pick up on our true emotions and reflect our authentic selves back at us. Their behavior towards us helps us uncover and understand the dynamics of our social interactions, our personal boundaries and our communcation style.
